Loved everything about this hotel, especially having a private pool. Food was great, staff great. The only downside was location. If you want an escape and total peace this is ideal. Roads were mostly dirt tracks and after rain not good. Hotel is high on a hill, not for the unfit.

Härligt med privat pool

Härligt med privat pool som var uppvärmd, ala carte frukost ingick och va helt okej men förvirrad personal,, rummen är en bit upp från receptionen så man blir skjutsad o hämtad av golfbil. Löjligt det är badförbud i privat pool efter 20.00 men dom kan skriva istället att man ska respektera grannar o va tyst ute efter 21 tex

Heerlijk adults only resort. Kamer met eigen zwembad is heerlijk. Veel privacy! Fijne bedden met meerdere kussens. Grote douche. Lekker veel ruimte op de kamer. Föhn mét diffuser✅ Zorg wel dat je een auto huurt, anders kom je nergens. Wel vervoer van en naar je kamer met elektrische karretjes.

Das Hotel ist ok, aber wenn man 5 Sterne bucht, erwartet man auch 5 Sterne (mehr geht schließlich nicht), aber hierbei handelt es sich eher um eine 3-4 Sterne Unterkunft (auch nach griechischen Standards). Beim Personal bin ich sehr zwiegespalten, da es sowohl sehr nette Personen gibt, wie z.B. die Haushälterinnen oder diejenigen vom Zimmerservice. Leider ist die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität beim Management eher zu vermissen. Besonders negativ ist im Vorfeld aufgefallen, dass entgegen der gebuchten Option (post-paid mit Stornooption, also Zahlung bei Abreise und einem entsprechenden Aufpreis für die Wahl dieser Option), der Betrag für das gebuchte Zimmer bereits ca.1 Monat bevor wir überhaupt angekommen sind von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Zudem kam es zusätzlich auch zu einer falschen Abbuchung - die zwar direkt erstattet wurde - aber dennoch passt das alles ins Gesamtbild.

Die erste Enttäuschung war leider bereits die Ankunft.. wir waren auf Grund eines frühen Fluges ca 3 Stunden vor der regulären Check in Zeit eingetroffen (auch bei der Buchung drauf hingewiesen) - einziger Kommentar bei Ankunft: Zimmer ist nicht fertig. Nachweislich waren aber nicht alle Suiten belegt und es wäre wenn gewollt möglich gewesen- aber wir durften dann bei 30 Grad 3 Stunden warten.. So eine fehlende Flexibilität ist keine 5 Sterne wert.. Insgesamt ist das Hotel auch eher in der 3 Sterne Kategorie einzuordnen: - Frühstück haben wir trotz inklusive und längerem Aufenthalt nur einmal in Anspruch genommen, da einfach nicht gut - o Saft oder Cappuccino kosten genau wie Frühstück auf dem Zimmer extra.. sowas hinterlässt immer einen komischen Eindruck, bei einem Zimmer preis von um die 500 Euro/Nacht, das nochmal extra zu berechnen - keine einzige Flasche Trinkwasser für das Zimmer inklusive, kann man im Supermarkt selber kaufen - das Rezeptionspersonal ist absolut unprofessionell und teilweise inkompetent und wirkt unmotiviert - sanitäre Anlagen sind absolut kein 5 Sterne Niveau: Wasserhahn spritzt in alle Richtungen, Toilette ist ungewöhnlich hoch montiert, dass die Füße in der Luft hängen (unglaublich aber wahr) - jeden Morgen turnt der Pool Reiniger um 6:30 über die Terrasse- wenn man die Terrassen Türe auf hat ist es ein Gefühl als stünde er neben dem Bett.. Kleinigkeiten…Bei 5 Sternen müssen aber eben auch die Kleinigkeiten alle stimmen!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. We stayed in a suite with private pool, and we had nothing to complain about. The restaurant is also amazing. We had 5 meals in the restaurant during our stay, the service and the food was all great. Highly recommended!

The Villas are amazing. The decoration of the villa inside, the pool was super clean, the room in general super clean. The staff are really amazing and very helpful. Great staying and totally recommend

Couples break in Zante

Beautiful place overall with decent restaurant and very friendly attentive staff. Few points to note: 1- although you can’t see from the photos, don’t worry about the toilet being part of the open plan room, it’s actually enclosed within its own cubicle; as is the shower. 2- the swimming pool/patio area is not completely private, fellow guests can see into your space if they stand at the end of the patio and look back towards the rooms. 3- netflix on the tv is a nice bonus 4- you need a car to get around the island

Fantastic private pool suite rooms! Better than others in the vicinity for the same purpose. Glad to have a heated pool. The food was unfortunately average, we got much better food in the nearby village. Couldn't even find the Spa

great to have a private pool!

st Johns Villa and Suites are set on a hill with viewings out to sea, there is an excellent on-site restaurant, it’s great having a private pool. You can walk into town and taxi back, but your really need a car for sightseeing.
