Beautiful hotel, only 3 stops from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, spa was a little hot for summer days but relaxing. More Laundry facilities are needed for the size of hotel. Overalls a great stay and recommend.

Nice property in nice location. Breakfast buffet in two restaurants is great. Similar fare. Lots of other restaurants throughout hotel and also near more in Shinjuku. Overall a great place to stay.

Close to tokyo train station, however it was difficult to find the nihombashi exit (coming from disneyland). Hotel Toto bathroom was a great feature! Will stay here again.
