"The inner courtyard is lovely. We had popped in for a drink when previously in Zafra so this time decided to stay. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean. The breakfast was very good and we stayed for dinner, mostly due to the lovely surroundings. The service was very good and the food was fine though not outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint relates to the water. We were on the third floor and we had to waste a considerable amount of water...

"easy to find from a8 road hotel very basic rustic no facilities in room except bed wardrobe and bathroom hotel had no services to buy drinks or restuarant closed for breakfast plus side bathroom very good. on check out advised had to pay though i explained booked with expedia but advised this was not payment and had to pay again strange as in other hotels i stopped in hotels advised payments made.."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay but had a long walk with luggage to the hotel since no taxi service was available at the bus terminal. Great help from local citizens eventually got us to the Huerta Honda. Overall, a great hotel in a great location of Zafra! "
