"Pros: Great location. Very clean. Pleasant and professional staff. Large pool with lots of loungers. Breakfast Buffet had many options and was replenished often. Good variety of food options off the property along the beach. Cons: No Coffee in the room. A face cloth is not supplied with the bathroom towels. No Iron or ironing board in the room. One could be borrowed at the front desk when available with a 20 Euro deposit. Pool towels require a 20 Euro deposit per towel and refunded at the end of stay with their return. This was common in Cuba 20 years ago, but even there the policy has changed to providing without deposit."

"We had a very enjoyable stay, the staff are friendly and efficient. The place is in lovely, tranquil spot looking over the lake and has a beautiful pool too. The food is also very good and generous, they have a great selection of wines. Would recommend 😀"

"Staff knowledge was lacking, however the maintenance man Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fridge and hair dryer did not work on arrival had to wait a day for them to be exchanged. Breakfast was a mystery no menu or price could be obtained even asking 3 staff members. Parking was good. "
