Comfortable and functional 37m2 apartment on the 3rd floor situated in a historical building, consists of a large bedroom with double bed, small but functional bathroom, living room with sofa bed, cable TV, kitchen and dining room. WI-FI and A/C are FREE. NEW WINDOWS great sound isolation!!
Building is over a century old with an old entrance and staircase, partly renovated, but the apartment is modern and well equipped and furnished.
