Luxury Three-Bedroom Apartment in the Center of the Zadar

Recently renovated apartment in the center of the city, 2 minute by walk to the old city bridge. Huge apartment of 100 m2 contain three bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, door next to the bathroom is extra small toilet. Equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, stove and of course all dishes. Comfort living room with LCD TV and luxury dining room with view to the city park. With your booking you got hygienic supplies (soap, shampoo, towels), prepare bed and kitchen for your stay. Apartment have great location in the center so you can be mobile by walk or with bus through the city. Bus and taxi station is 10 meter of the building, ferry port 5 minute by walk, airport is located 10 kilometers from the apartment and we offer shuttle from airport to our apartment. Five Wells Square is located 800 meters from the apartment. City harbor and St. Anastasia's Cathedral with Tower Bell are located 1 km from the apartment. There are many restaurants and cafeterias in the range of 300 meters from the apartment. Wi-Fi available in the apartment for free with high speed ans Satellite TV. Guest need one hour before arrive contact me about exact time of arrive so I can be at time for Check in.

Modern apartment close to old town

Our group of 6 had a great time at Katina’s modern and spacious apartment, about 10 minutes by foot from the heart of Zadar old town. There were 3 large bedrooms, a large living room, and kitchen. The 2 bathrooms were appreciated. Katina spent a good 15 minutes answering questions about my plans for seeing Zadar and the surrounding area, and gave some very good restaurant recommendations. Free street parking is typically available on nearby streets. The only thing to be mindful of is that the air conditioning is bit underpowered and is in the common areas, so it doesn’t move as well to the bedrooms. It wasn’t a huge problem, and overall this is a great choice for access to the old town while keeping your car available for trips outside the city.

Friendly helpful host. Zadar itself we found is rather a hostile place. The locals rarely smile. Unhelpful local people who seem reluctant to offer assistance or smile! Made us feel unwelcome. Spoilt our stay!

Very nice apartment close to old town, but the entire building was in rough shape.

The host's father met us at the property right on time. Parking can be a little tricky as you need to get lucky with one of the few spots at the building or use on-street parking. We did fine with parking. The building contains many apartments with what appears to be a wide range of quality. The common areas of the building (hallways, elevators) are very old and worn with much deferred maintenance. However, the host's apartment was a great 3-bedroom flat with full kitchen and 2 air conditioners to keep things cool. No complaints at all about the apartment, but the entire building does not make a great impression.
