"It was hard to find at first, but thankfully we found someone who was very helpful and kind. The main complaints were that the cabin was not 100% done being built. For example there were outlet covers missing and no railing on the staircase. Another issue is that the bathroom will have water/mold issues in the future as there is no shower curtain or exhaust fan so the bathroom got musty even by the end of our three nights."

"An unbelievable stay with picturesque views and natural beauty. We could hardly believe our eyes that we were staying in the middle of somewhere so stunning! All the amenities you could need in the cabin, very clean and check in was easy and stress free. Great communication from host too. "When we arrived all the windows were open, and there was no heat and the outsode (and consequently inside temp) was around 43°f. No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. "Ski Hotel was a quiet and quaint hotel in a beautiful mountain town. Staff was very accommodating. Short walk to town for restaurants, groceries, even Black Lake (slightly longer walk). "It’s an absolutely wonderful place with loving, welcoming, charming, and helpful hosts. The rooms were slick and immaculate. The breakfast was extensive. The only issue was in finding the place. Google Maps can’t get you there. Part of the issue is that the road to the hotel is under construction. Also, I couldn’t find the phone number to call when I got lost and couldn’t find the place. A really helpful person at a bakery nearby was able to locate the WhatsApp number for me to call them for help. The parking spots don’t leave much room to open the car doors. You have to squeeze and wiggle out. It might also help if the parking spaces were perpendicular to the hotel instead of at an angle. While it is easier to park the way they are now, they are not as easy to back out of and go back in the direction you came from. Once I got there the hospitality was tremendous and the host was able to cool my anger and stress level down to zero with her pleasant and delightful manner. She was also great in recommending what to do. Just top notch!"
