"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"Nice hotel, about 15 minutes away from Geneva. The hotel provides free shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Also, a free bus pass to the train station. Beautiful lake views. "

"Absolutely amazing place. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely hot tub. The only small negative is the stairs up to the tree-house. It was very wet when we visited and the steps were extremely slippery."

"Smell of mold in the room. Hotel situated in the middle of a commercial centre, with ugly buildings and parking lots all around. Check street view to get a feeling... Only very few rooms with a view to the (distant) lake."
