"A wonderful ryokan stay with exceptional Kaiseki dinner, with dinner served in our room. Kaiseki was mostly made with produce well known in the prefecture, made with a lot of care and was so delicious. Breakfast was buffet style, which was a mix of Japanese and continental - nothing exceptional, but still decent! Especially important to be able to converse in some basic Japanese here, however they do have a few talented young staff (ours was Inoue-san) who are able to converse in decent...
