Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included package, as breakfast was wonderful and lots of variety. Not many cafes within walking distance, so that was convenient. "Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay.
