8.8/10 Excellent! (2,000 reviews)
for the price that I paid I expect more from a 5* hotel.
alot of the inside the room are old and damaged, even the light are like damaged and crooked. Beside the big space and close to main station nothing really standout. Staffs are very helpful tho.

Property and room was very clean, albeit a little dated. Construction in the area around Shinagawa station makes walking access a little awkward.
