About this property

The Possum Pad Yungaburra Village. Walk to Restaurants, Historic Pub

  • The Possum Pad is a four bedroom, air conditioned, Villa situated on half an acre. The lounge and kitchen lead onto a huge deck out the back looking onto the garden.
    Back inside three steps take you up to the bedrooms and laundry. Two queen bedrooms both with air conditioning, TV, Free WIFI and overhead fans. One has an en suite. The two other bedrooms have twin single beds and split system air con units.
    The main bathroom has a separate toilet. The laundry is situated here by the back door.
    The Possum Pad is full air conditioned.
    This villa is fully furnished for holiday letting. The makings for breakfast are available on request.
    The villa shares the property with one other house but you have your own private drive, with plenty of parking space and full privacy is assured.
    Please note that if two people book and they use two bedrooms an extra $50 cleaning fee will apply.
    A perfectly positioned villa for a Tablelands holiday. Walk to the pub and restaurants with the Lakes only 5 minutes away.
    Will let for two nights up to three months.

Located in a very neat neighborhood an easy walk from the village stores. Along the river path we say a tree kangaroo and several platypuses. There was plenty of space for our group of three. Washer and dryer worked well. A very nice patio faces the back yard and includes a grill. The kitchen is adequate for light meal prep.

Virginia's Possum pad is presented beautifully and extremely well appointed. The beds were supercomfortable. Would have loved to have more time to stay longer. Virginia made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

Great place - well appointed, in a quiet area. Deck was awesome, and we really liked having two bathrooms. It's in an adorable town, walking distance to everything, surrounded by an area that was amazing to explore. Very good overall!

Possum Pad is well located in Yungaburra and is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor area is particularly nice at sunset, and we enjoyed watching the birds enjoy the birdbaths. Our host was welcoming and very responsive to any request we had. Thanks for the mangoes!

Possum Pad is a lovely cottage to escape to from the everyday busy life.A short walk to township for a lovely meal or smoko and also close to the lake.A lovely deck space to sit and watch the birdlife fly and dip into the birdbaths.A perfect little getaway.

A home away from home

The Possum Pad was a delight to stay for our 4 nights on the Atherton Tablelands. The quaint, quiet cottage literally has all the home away from home feels. We were all very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Guarantee we will be back again!

Yungaburra Weekend

The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Possum Pad. The accommodation was located a short walk from the main street which has a great hotel, many cafes and beautiful restaurants, and many interesting shops to visit. The Possum Pad was clean and fresh with a great layout which included an ensuite and a great deck/outdoor area with a bbq and relaxing furniture. It was peaceful and private with excellent amenities.
