Our stay was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for the four of us. I loved the provided pajamas and slippers—they were such a nice touch. The bathtub was large and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed trying the bathhouse for the first time. The individual stations there made it such a peaceful experience. We also used the laundry facilities early in the morning, which was very convenient—especially since detergent was already provided. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. I’m really glad I decided to rebook for our return trip before heading home!

We reserved this beautiful hotel very last minute to escape the noise of Shinjuku. It felt authentic and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the relaxing amenities were a major plus. Would highly recommend for couples 35+ looking for a quieter stay in Tokyo.

The staff was so polite and helpful. Felt very secure. Our staff member that welcomed us asked us about our trip and left us a kind personalized message on our second day there wishing good travels to us. Wonderful experience and the rooms with the view were amazing.

Great hotel. One of the best and most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Hotel was clean and in great shape. Staff were all great. Beautiful garden and koi pond at the hotel. Short walk to the Shinagawa station. Not a whole lot around the hotel besides the train station.

No laundry, the room was dated and well used, the staff at the desk was challenged in finding English answers to the most simplest of questions.
