Relaxing Desert Get-Away

The longer you stay the more affordable it is.
Nestled in the foothills of Yuma AZ, this 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom boasts a large yard with a sparkling pool (not heated, so pretty cold in the winter months) . Enjoy the mild winter days and beautiful winter nights on the large covered patio, complete with large BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table, and lovely seating area, or come during our spring and summer and enjoy the refreshing pool, and cool A/C to escape the AZ heat . There is a large yard for your full enjoyment complete with new turf area for lounging. The great-room has a custom island with seating, a small dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. A leather couch and recliner for your T.V. watching comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a walk in closet with two small dressers. The master bathroom has double sinks, and a custom tile shower.
The first guestroom has a queen sized bed, with a large dresser and closet. The second has a queen bed with a small dresser and closet.
The guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combo and one sink.

Great get away

Loved this beautiful home had everything we needed for our weekend! Beautiful back yard and had a very nice pool just sad we didnt get to use it was to cold . Hopefully we will be back to enjoy the pool! Great place to stay and great communication with the host.

This property was the perfect get away. December weather was in the low 70’s. Got some much needed sun by the pool. Pool was too cold to enjoy but house was very nice. Would stay at this property again.

Quiet Setting Fortuna Foothills

We enjoyed our stay in the Yuma area. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Roomy and comfortable home with most everything you need available. Easy access to activities in the area. Restaurants a short distance away or grill from the covered patio. The house accommodates a couple or families. Pool in the backyard. We would return.

The house is in a great neighborhood just east of town. Beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Back yard was spacious and the pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome Home in Quiet Neighorhood close to freeway

All the reviews for this property are spot on. Everything you need for cooking, towels, toiletries. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but still close to the freeway. The backyard is a wonderful oasis. I can't wait to stay here again!

Paradise in Yuma

What an amazing place. My husband and I have rented a lot of VRBOs…this one was the best we’ve ever stayed at. From the very well appointed kitchen, the water softening system and reverse osmosis for drinking water, the wonderful out door area and lastly the great response from the host for a minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely stunning with everything you need. It was honestly one of the most equipped rentals I have ever stayed in. Pool was perfect, bed was comfortable and Alyse was amazing to deal with! We will be back!

We are totally happy with this rental right from the easy booking process and questions we had at that time. This home was exactly what we were looking for and in our preferred location in Yuma. Upon arrival our inquiries were pleasantly taken care of. Nice quiet area, nearby shopping and easy to get around. Beautiful back yard for relaxing and entertaining. AWESOME HOUSE!

We have stayed at several of Alyse's homes now. They are always beautiful and this one was no exception. The house is easy to get into and has everything you need for your home away from home. A/C and heat easy to operate. Grill easy to use and propane tank full. The home is beautifully decorated and also fully functional. Although it was in the low 80s when we were there, it was still a bit chilly to go swimming. Too bad as the pool was very tempting. We spent a lot of time outside on the awesome patio, reading, playing games, eating out BBQ. We will be sure to rent another of Alyse's houses next year for our yearly trip to Yuma. - Michelle, Diane, Mary and Doreen
