"This hotel is very customer friendly. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet location and easily accessible to the Lund Central station via bus (6) or tram (1). The transportaion drivers are friendly and the local town folks are extremely welcoming. I loved my experience in Lund and plan on returning in the near future. "

"We had a wonderful family trip to Lund and discovered this fantastic hotel in the suburbs. It had a great family room and plenty of activities on the ground floor for the children to enjoy, including a ping pong table and a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious. The evening meals also had a good selection from set meals to a daily buffet option. The staff were incredible in their approach to the children and the family as a whole. Really friendly and helpful at all times. Despite being out of the city centre the hotel is easy to get to by bus with numerous regular options available. The hotel also has free bikes that we used for a cycle trip to the coast along the wonderful cycle routes in the area."

They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none.
