Turn off the lights
The bungalow is to be left as found.
Leave the door unlocked, key on the table
Be sure to check plugs. Take all chargers and unplug all but lamps
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Air conditioning is to be set at 80 degrees, heating system to 65 degrees, when leaving the bungalow for more than a couple of hours.
$30 fine for items left under bed, condoms left anywhere =$150 each. Antique waste system requires septic friendly toilet paper. Quiet time: 10pm
Bungalow must be left in "as found" condition. Loss/damage is responsibility of renter. Replacement cost owner discretion PETS: PEE PADS REQUIRED
