"The staff was terribly rude and the service was anything but professional. Skeleton staff who ignored us. Would never stay in a ghost building again. Very wasted money."

"The pictures are deceptive. My room didn’t have working appliances, a working phone, or a complete bathroom door. There was no trash can and the comforter was as thin as the sheets. Power was out in my unit for over 16 hours, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed in many Motel 6 across the country and this is by far the worst. The only great thing about this property was the night auditor AJ. He problem solved at 2am what day staff and MAINTENANCE could not fix in a matter of minutes; also after maintenance and management phones went straight to voicemail, which is completely unacceptable."

"Getting in and out of the parking lot is horrible, beds are hard, rooms where barely swept, shower currents are to short so the floor gets soaked. It didn't stink and we didn't see any insects or rodents. They have charged $50 extra on my card for "deposit" that they then said where incidentals and hotel fees. Eh spend more get a better place to stay."
