The Great Escape

Privately located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the highest natural point of Youngstown. Totally remodeled kitchen, all new cabinetry, stainless appliances and open concept to dining area. Spacious living room with hardwood floors and 3 nice size bedrooms and a full bath complete the main living area. Lower level features a spectacular Family Room with a fireplace, all new flooring, a 1/2 bath and access to the backyard. Attached 2 car garage, 2 storage sheds and so much more.
The space
This property sits on the highest natural point of Youngstown Ohio. Deer, rabbits and rare birds are frequent visitors to the adjacent lot. Back yard has an amazing view and fire pit. Massive 9 foot official tournament size pool table.

Guest have access to the entire space. The entire home is yours.

*CORONAVIRUS READY* Mandas Perfection Cleaning Company cleans the entire home with PEROXY HYDOX which is and effective disinfectant, sanitizer, fungicide, virucide, deodorant and cleaner (non toxic to humans). We use a ozone generator, after each stay, which has been effective on virus'. We have also converted to all white comforters and sheets which are bleached. Lastly, we have increased the minimum number of nights per stay (reducing the number of guest and potential exposure to the virus).
