"I stayed 3 nights with my son and pooch. Cabin 6 was really nicely appointed. There was kitchen gear, an AC/dehumidifier unit, and very nice decor. It's nice to have a bathroom in the cabin, and not have to travel to a bathhouse as with the state park cabins. I didn't realize that all 3 beds (2 twin, 1 double) were in one room which was ok for us, but maybe not if our party wasn't family. The highway is not too far from the cabin, so the road noise wasn't a welcome addition to our evening fire. Cell reception was not available but that can be a good thing! We paddled in Ohiopyle (20 min. away) and the Cheat (about 40 min.) so it was very convenient. Overall we were very pleased and will likely return. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We loved the fire pit, provided logs, organized kitchen and atmosphere. We did have a few run ins with some ants but not many. The host also tried to fix wifi issues for us but we were without it most of the stay. We would still come back! It made us put the technology down which was nice for a change. Thank you so much for opening up your place to us. We had a ball. "

"We had booked this cabin last minute when our truck was in the shop and couldn't pull our camper. It was a great alternative, had all the amenities with the camping vibe thrown in. Loved that our dogs were welcomed and the owner is fantastic! Very accommodating and helpful. We will be booking again for next year to bring our kids back with us."
