"I had such a great experience at 1 Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell that they care about the guest experience, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic. I also loved the hotel’s strong focus on sustainability and its eco-friendly approach. The design feels thoughtful and beautiful, while still being comfortable and inviting. The whole hotel has such a cool, relaxed vibe — stylish without feeling pretentious. The amenities were fantastic as well. The gym was excellent, the pool was a great place to relax, and the day spa was absolutely wonderful. Everything felt well considered and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to DFO, Southern Cross Station, and several tram stops, making it really easy to get around and explore Melbourne. Having everything so accessible was a definite bonus. Overall, 1 Hotel is a fantastic combination of great service, beautiful design, sustainability, amazing amenities, and a convenient location. The friendly staff, attention to detail, cool atmosphere, gym, pool, day spa, and easy access to transport all made for a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"You can pay $10 to use the gym the pool and sauna and it is absolutely incredible. There is a Pilates room with reformers. There is a huge strength training room and everything was so clean!"

"Poor maintenance of plumbing, basin washers worn, shower head water more on to ceiling under pressure than thru the nozzle. While good central heat & cool, the low fan noise so high I needed to make it turn off to sleep. Yet the room itself was good so attention to existing services required really let's it down"
