We've been staying here for many years and we love the space, walkability to Short Sands beach and York in general. Our family of 5, plus 2 other families stay and we feel like we have a lot of room. We even used the firepit this year.

This home was perfect for our family get together. Our group consisted of 7 adults. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Decor was very tastefully done. Beautiful beach friendly home. Owners are very responsive with any questions. A perfect place, great location. Will definitely return!

Girls' Weekend

Great spending time together with the girls. The house is will laid out and easily accommodates 9 women and three kids. This is our fifth time staying here and will be biking for next year soon!

Amazing Hosts

Mike and Pam were incredibly responsive with the many outreaches we did for our weekend away! This was our third year renting this beautiful home and we already know we want to go back! The location is perfect to York, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The home is spacious, they supply everything you need for a weekend/week away and the bedroom are huge!

This house was a great find - large, clean, reasonably priced, and a great location, with only a 5-10 minute walk to a town center with food, a beach, shops, and activities, and short drives to more restaurants, antique stores, and fun activities. House was very clean and well-stocked, there was just no body wash in the entire house so we did need to buy a bottle. My one other issue is that we had to wash towels before checking out - a bit of a hassle after hosting a big group and needing to check out before 9:30. Other than the soap and the towels, great house with a great location, I highly recommend.

The house is perfect--clean, beautiful and walking distance to so much! Mike and Pam are also extremely nice, responsive, and very accommodating. Not to mention, they have thought of everything you might need to have a nice vacation (bikes, games, towels, beach gear, etc)...which makes packing much easier. There is a reason we stay here every year!!

The host was friendly and easy to get a hold of. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities. I was amazed at the fully stocked kitchen and extras like, garbage bags and toilet paper. The bedrooms were large and easily accommodated our large family.

Lovely weekend stay in York

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the house in early October, there were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with multiple beds and the house was well supplied with everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and pleasant to deal with.

Great location!

We love this rental! This was our second year staying here. There is plenty of space for our family of adult children and significant others. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfortable and no wobbly bunk beds. It is always very clean and well-cared for. The location is perfect with just a quarter mile walk to Short Sands. The table tennis in the garage was a big hit!

Annual family vacation

This was our second time staying at this property, and our experience was wonderful again! The house is very clean and well appointed with many amenities. Our family especially enjoyed the ping pong table, the bikes, and sitting on the front porch! The short walk to downtown is very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property!

Very convenient to the beach

The stairs are very noisy. The master suite hears everything going on in the house. We all enjoyed our stay. Located near short sands, long sands beach and not far from perkins cove and Ogunquit 👍 the children enjoyed the ping pong table! All in all we loved the place ❤️

This is our 2nd year renting this place. We enjoyed it last year that we convinced our friend and her family to rent the unit next to us. It had plenty of room for both our big families and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. We would come back again.

Perfect!

This house was well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We were an extended family of 8 and there was more than enough space, with excellent amenities. The location was perfect for a family wedding at The Union Bluff. We were able to walk within 7 minutes. The hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond to our questions prior to our stay. We would highly recommend this home to a large family, looking to stay in York.

Another fantastic and memorable stay

Another fantastic & memorable stay was experienced by all who joined our annual family Christmas celebration at 52A-B Main Street. The indoor living quarters – spacious spotless and fully stocked – are complemented by the homes’ central location and lovely outdoor living spaces – allowing individuals or groups to easily walk to the Short Sands Beach/ playground or gather around the cozy backyard fire pit. Celebrating Family

The home was large and accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location was within walking distance to Short sands and shops. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for our family trip

This was a perfect spot to stay for our family trip with kids and grandkids - 11 of us in all. The location of the house allowed both trips north up the coast of Maine, and trips south to Boston, Concord, and Salem. Everything necessary for family entertainment (ping-pong table, tv, firepit) was close at hand. There were even bicycles and helmets in the garage! The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and trips to the beach. Thank you Pamela and Mike!

Perfect place for all generations!

This is our 3rd stay at Mike and Pam’s property in York Beach - and we’re already looking forward to next year! This place continues to be perfect for our 3 generations of family. Our older generation has limited mobility, so the first floor king bedroom with en suite is a must. The 2.5 bathrooms are also a must as are roomy, oversized bedrooms for multiple generation to use. The decor is cheerful and location can’t be beat! A quick walk to Short Sands beach and the quintessential beach downtown is wonderful with younger kids and for teens and adults. Would recommend this place without hesitation for anyone looking for a large place in a prime location which is clean, well-stocked, and great property management!

Wedding Weekend

We booked the house for our wedding party for the weekend of our wedding. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and still felt extremely spacious. The house had everything you need for a vacation. The rooms were so big, the beds were comfy, and everything was so clean. The location was so close to the beach that we were able to walk home from our wedding venue. I communicated with Mike mostly and he was very nice. He allowed us to check in early and leave late, which was great due to travel schedules of everyone staying with us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in York
