  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, gorgeous, newly constructed, and fully furnished 2-bedroom space. Enjoy beautiful views of a meadow, an outside area with a table and chairs, all in a quiet residential neighborhood to wind down while away from work or play. Explore Our Beautiful York Maine! See the Nubble Light house (3 miles), beautiful beaches (2.5 miles), gift shops, antique shops, and nearby Kittery shopping outlets (5 miles).

    The space
    This fully furnished apartment was just built in 2025. There are two separate bedrooms with a closet and dresser. The beds are top of the line queen size beds with comfy pillows & all linen included with new blankets.
    The bathroom has a large shower area with new top end towels .
    The living area is open concept with a full Kitchen all new appliances, the refrigerator has ice cold water including ice & freezer. The dishwasher is very quiet. The cooking stove has an air fryer option. The new kitchen cabinets are stocked with all utensils including pots and pans. A coffee maker, toaster and other gadgets provided.
    The living room area has plenty of seating all new high end furniture.
    There is a high top table under a gorgeous light to play games or eat at home or take out.
    There is WIFI . A Flat screen TV on a moving wall mount to adjust where you want it to be. The new unit is very quiet. The air conditioner and heat wall unit is very quiet and works perfectly!
    There is a washer and dryer closet in the common area.
    The colors and decorations are very calming and relaxing.
    Guest access
    The front of the home has a designated parking spot on the left. There is a separate entrance on the left side of the building that is the apartment entrance door . The entrance will lead you to steps entering the apartment.

This is an adorable place, with very easy connections to WiFi and entertainment, and very comfortable beds. The owners are attentive and respond quickly. A great stay!

Greg and Sue were incredibly helpful hosts. The place is centrally located to all things York and the seacoast, due to the close proximity to the highway.2 Nautical Mile is spotless, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, all new appliances and a generous living space. Just as described. We'll be back!

Extremely clean. This is an apartment over a garage which was not a problem for us at all, just mentioning it in case anyone has trouble with stairs it may not be the place for you. Grocery store is close by and the apartment is located close to what all we needed and wanted to visit. A great stay.
