Completely remodeled vacation home on Long Sands Beach has it all. Water views, expansive living room, newly remodeled modern kitchen, tile shower, double vanity, beautiful gleaming wood floors and much more. Besides the newness, you will be welcomed by relaxing warmth and genuine touches of luxury.


This reversed living (mean bedrooms on the ground floor) carriage house allows guests to take advantage of the light, air and breezes of the Atlantic Ocean. 2 spacious bedrooms complimented by a beautiful bathroom are dreamy and make a great entrance to a year round R&R.
The wide staircase brings you to an oasis of calm and tranquility on the main floor.
The living room is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach in the comfortable HVAC Central Air and Air Conditioning, watch a movie on the 60" TV with Sonos Surround Sound system, and create memories with loved ones. The Dining room and Kitchen are well appointed and highly functional with modern appliances, dish washer, and wash & dryer included on this level. The best for ALL is the balcony with a bistro table for watching the morning sunrises as well as the afternoon colorful sunsets with the glistening waters that simply washes the troubles away.

This home is part of a family compound that can be rented as a whole for larger functions, or with its own entrance, outdoor space and parking, it’s perfect for a private getaway like no other.

Amazing carriage house experience at king sands

What an amazing experience we had at the cottage/carriage house at Long Sands Beach during the end of August in York, Maine. Our family enjoyed beautiful ocean views, and a 12 second walk to the beach each and every day with a magical call experience while we surfed at Long Sands. The carriage house was beautifully appointed and extremely restful for our entire family. We enjoyed every sunrise and every sunset on the picturesque deck, and enjoyed the stars by a beautiful campfire, which was private to us in our own backyard. We cannot wait to have this experience once again next year as we come back to enjoy another magical vacation in the beautiful state of Maine and the carriage house at Long Sands Beach.

Amazing find!

What a great location and wonderful place! Our family of 5 fit comfortable in this newly renovated carriage house (2 bedroom apt). Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and very complete. Loved being so close to the ocean. Highly highly recommend this property!

Loved it!

The place is clean and well appointed with a great location to the ocean/beach. The kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking, but okay for small meals. Otherwise, everything is comfortable, clean and enjoyable.

Excellent location and beautifully appointed

My daughter and I stayed for a week at the Nubble View Carriage House. While Mother Nature didn't cooperate, we nonetheless enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is absoutely spotless and every convenience considered. The open sandy beach is just steps away, and the view can be enjoyed throughout the stay on the lovely terrace. Short sands and the nubble are minutes by car too! The carriage house is set up for maximum relaxation and convenience. The decor is as well as nice ambient lighting makes for a calm overall stay. We felt it was just beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious with closets and even some seating - and the mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable and lux. Jan was very responsive, the couple times we reached out - and overall we enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this rental.
