All around wonderful long weekend stay in this beautiful home. We were fortunate to have excellent weather. The setting of this home is amazing. It’s across the street from the ocean, with excellent viewing of sunsets each evening. The house is very comfortable for a large group.

Wonderful oceanfront home!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home with plenty of space for our friends and family. Great view of the ocean and walking distance to Short Sands and more. The home was impeccably clean and had many amenities. We highly recommend!

Amazing Views overlooking the Bay

We have rented this house for the past 2 years with family and friends for an annual charity bike ride. The house is amazingly stocked with everything that you need from the kitchen, to grill area, bedding, to the Adirondack chairs on a beautiful porch overlooking the bay. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating! I would highly recommend this rental!

Spectacular Oceanfront Getaway House

We returned to this lovely home for our second year. We are a group go retired and semi-retired teachers, and spend our time sitting at a large table with a breath-taking view of the ocean, swapping stories and sharing news. We make our meals together and there's plenty of space for those in the group that want a bit of quiet. The location is great, as it's a short walk to the Nubble lighthouse, and it's easy to walk down to the small but charming center for a beach stroll, shopping, or great coffee. All in all, it's a great rental for our group.

Amazing place with an incredible view!!!

This was the nicest rental that I have ever had! The views of the bay from the front porch were amazing. We said many times over the weekend how lucky we were to stay here and enjoy this incredible view. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and kitchen tool that we would ever need. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our large family. The neighborhood was great as we enjoyed walks to town and the lighthouse. I would highly recommend this property! The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Home for a Gathering

This house is very bright and welcoming, due to a whole wall of windows and sliding doors overlooking the Atlantic . There were many comfortable areas for all nine of us to share meals, conversations, football games, and yet, numerous quiet spots, too. This is truly a treasured home by the owners, and it shows: Space galore! Well-equipment kitchen! Gorgeous hydrangeas in full blue bloom! And it’s close to nice walks and biking to the beach and Nubble lighthouse. We totally enjoyed our time there.

Best Ever Family Reunion Spot

Our extended family gathered here from Montana, NH, Vermont, and MA for our biannual reunion and this home was the perfect setting. House was spacious and sparkly clean upon arrival. Our favorite spot was the front porch with the great chairs to view the ocean and listen to the waves crashing . Location was excellent for walks to Nubble Lighthouse, Long Sands, and Short Sands and to get ice cream treats. Beach chairs and other equipment such as wagon were greatly appreciated. This home was voted the best of the 7 we have tried from coast to coast. We would love to go back again and make more memories. We highly recommend it.

A lovely family reunion!

My family - 4 siblings, in-laws and out-laws spent four days in immeasurable style and comfort at this lovely home! This was our first gathering since the pandemic and everyone came from several states. We spent a lot of time on the porch and down by the ocean visiting, soaking up the sun, and simply having a wonderful time together. We cooked magnificent meals together in this wonderful, spacious and totally equipped kitchen, slept to the ocean breeze and sound of the buoys out in the ocean. Everything was superb, comfortable and the space allowed sufficient room for us to spread up in small dyads or gather as a whole clan at the large dining table! This home is fully appointed, beautifully and comfortably. We highly recommend this absolutely wonderful home and our gracious hosts, Sheri and Phil. It was magical!

Couldn’t Be Better!

We were in relaxation mode the moment we arrived and walked straight through the house to the spacious front porch over looking the ocean. Every morning was spent on that porch drinking coffee while watching all the walkers put us to shame. However, four children ages 2-6 kept us from too much sitting. Our group of twelve made daily trips to the beach or town using the provided wagons and beach chairs which made it a breeze. This house is well appointed for all of your needs. It never once felt crowded. The hosts are right to take pride in their clean, comfortable, beautiful home! We hade a wonderful vacation and everyone hopes we will be able make this an annual family gathering. Thank you, thank you Sheri and Phil!
