About this property

Beautiful house located near long sands beach.

  • Close to long sands York Beach on a private road. Can accommodate up to 6 adults + children. This is a new house with a full (37x8) furnished screen porch great for enjoying beautiful Maine evenings in the summer. The entire house will be refurnished in May 2021. Parking for 4 cars. House trained dogs allowed! House has cable, internet and phone. Security deposit will be required. All furnishings will be provided (sheets, towels). Here's your opportunity to take advantage of all that southern Maine has to offer during peak season. Home is located on a private road with a 2 minute walk to long sands beach. Enjoy the proximity of the beach while the privacy of a quaint setting on a private road.
