Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including all amenities and the backyard. Please note that there is a single male residing in the basement apartment. He has no access to the main house or outdoor spaces and maintains his own separate entrance. Most of the time, you won’t even know he is there, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your stay!

PARKING DISCLAIMER
Please note that our property does not have assigned parking. Parking is available on the street and is free of charge. You can park on the side opposite the side of the house. Additionally, we kindly request that you limit your parking to a maximum of 2 cars per reservation to ensure ample space for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

BASEMENT APARTMENT OCCUPANT DISCLAIMER
Please be aware that there is a single male residing in the basement apartment of our property. He has his own separate entrance and does not have access to the main house or any of the amenities, including the backyard. Most of the time, you won't even notice his presence, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

LOCATION
Please note that our property is situated on a hill. While this provides beautiful views and a tranquil setting, it also means there are some inclines when accessing the house and surrounding areas. We recommend guests be cautious and prepared for a slight uphill walk to reach the property.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
To ensure your stay is comfortable, we provide basic toiletries. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require such as bug spray, sunscreen, etc.

TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If smoking outside, please be mindful to not dispose of any trash inside the pool or on the grounds as this may result in an extra cleaning fee.
