"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "The facilities and services are great. Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm. Staffs are very polite and fluent in English. Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much. "

"1階に宿泊しました。部屋はとても清潔感があり、内湯もあって大浴場から見える海は圧巻で最高でした！！2歳の娘と宿泊だったのでオムツの廃棄ボックスも置いていてくださったり、食事は頼んでいなかったのですが食器は準備してくださっていたりと心配りを感じました。 夕飯は順番に食事が運ばれてくるのですが、全部で２時間かかったので提供スピードを早くして貰えると小さい子連れの家族にはとてもありがたかったです。食事はどれも美味しく、部屋の裏から海に直結して出れる動線もあり夏の海水浴シーズンにまた是非利用したいです。"
