Absolutely loved our view of the ocean out our huge windows. Also loved the deep tub which was great to soak in after 29,000 steps in a day.

This is relatively a high end hotel. Very clean with polite staff. Breakfast was great. Easy to walk to Metro stations.

Excellent!! Beautiful hotel, super clean, quiet, breakfast buffet is excellent, delicious and high quality food. My bedroom had a 360 view to Yokohama. Espectacular view, room was super clean, 5 stars hotel definitely. Highly recommended. I had the best experience in Japan. I love it!! I will be back soon.

We stay at the IC every time we’re in Minato Mirai. It’s very convenient and the service is generally top notch. This last time that we stayed, it was high occupancy so I felt like they stuck us in a smaller room than they normally would for 3 people (my wife, 9 y/o son and myself). They also only supplied towels for two people which I felt was a lack of attention to detail. We called the front desk and the towels were brought immediately but we really shouldn’t have had to call. Still love the IC but felt like they weren’t as good as they normally are.

Good on the whole. The view from the room is excellent, overlooking the beautiful Yokohama harbour. Close to the convention center and the Queen's Square. Also easy to reach, have. Limousine bus and subway to reach .

We paid a bit extra for a room with a view of Cosmo World and it did not disappoint, it was amazing. Very convenient location within walking distance to the train station and many dining and entertainment options.

Lovely big rooms at the intercontinental - friendly staff from arrival at the doors, to check in, breakfast & checkout. Could not have been in a better location for the pacifico yokohama which was the purpose of our stay. Our only regret was not staying longer as there was so much to see & do in walking distance to the hotel! View out to the ferris wheel & water was great also.
