チェックインが非常にスムーズでした。 部屋は写真通り綺麗です。 プールの半分弱が1.8メートルの深さがあり子供が喜んでいました。 部屋にドライヤーが無いのがちょっと困りました。テレビも部屋の大きさからするともう少し大き方が良いと感じました。

スポーツのイベントでGOA among garaに通うために四連泊しました。 格式的には四つ星ホテル並ですが、施設の古さによる暗さはどうしてもあります。水捌けの悪さは東南アジアでは仕方ないでしょう。しかし下水道の臭いは気になりませんでした。 朝食はインドネシア料理の種類が結構ありますが、パンとコーヒーだけで良いならパンはホテル内で売っています。 スタッフが最高でした！ とても感じが良く、接客が素晴らしいです。 タクシーを呼ぶときにgrabの登録の仕方を教えていただいたのですが、これが滞在期間中一番役に立ちました。（東南アジアに旅慣れている方はgrabは常識かもしれませんが） ランドリーサービスも利用しました。日本に比べるととても安いので助かります。ただし柔軟剤でしょうか、香りが強く、インドネシア人の匂いはこの柔軟剤だったのか！と思いました。 アメニティはシャンプーはありましたがコンディショナーやトリートメントが無いのに注意。 全体的に満足出来ました。

Friendly and Helpful Hotel Staff

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is a ~20 minute taxi drive to Jalan Malioboro and the staff were always willing to help book rides. We have a 1 year old and the crib provided was comfortable and of very high quality. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.

bad air-cond and smelly room

the air-condition is not working and when i ask the maintenance to check on that, he said it is normal. The room temperature is hot. My room is also closer to the kitchen area i think and my room is full of kitchen exhaust smell. The rest was ok

i stayed there wit my family for two nights . had a good time swimming pool is clean. food was nice but not much choice and taste wasnt consisten. we ordered the same food two times bt taste was different. staff really friendly and helpfull.rooms was in excellent condition

Superb service and very good value

I stayed there on the stopover to Bali last January for 2 nights to visit Borobudur temple. The hotel is located around 10 minutes from the airport and they offer free airport transfers which is excellent. From the outside the hotel looks very elegant with colonial design. May I say, the hotel was BUSY. When I arrived, the parking lot is filled with tour buses and the lobby is packed with people. I checked in at the main lobby and was shown to their new extension building that is located on top of a shopping centre. I was told the new wing was recently completed and has a nice modern feel to it. The hotel offers free wi-fi service in its public area. My room was simple but quite fashionable. It's pretty spacious and the air con was very cold. I have to say I'm very impressed with the staff's hospitality. They're very polite and all my needs are tend to immediately. I'm planning to return for Vesak and will definitely come back here.

Very pleased

This hotel is located very close to the airport. Connected to a mall that has bowling and ice skating ring.. Also close enough to Malioboro street.. Famous for it's stores and shopping.. Very big pool.. All though the hotel was at full capacity when we were there it did not feel like it..We would stay there again when in Yogyakarta..
