Good stay with a glitch

Good Homestay , but the heater seems not to be working all time , the room service was not done , we got back from our local tour at 11.30pm then asked them to do it , atleast they did it at that time . Atleast the response time was good

The villa and surrounding area was very safe and nice but the upkeeping of the villa was not as per our expectation for e.g. the bath towels have some stains on them and we have to request for new towels. The toilet has a leakage from the shower head. On one of the nights when we were at the villa, there was a blackout (no electricity) for around 10-15 mins while my friends were in the shower (there was no torchlight in the villa). However, all the staff at the villa were very friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The staff were polite and helpful and we were glad that experience made our stay more pleasant. Thank you so much to all the staff for their help and excellent customer services.

Great for Family

Big living room and open space concept made my stay with family more enjoyable as we were able to hang out together at all times. Many great restaurants around the neighborhood and small convenient store is a plus.The only drawback about the house is the shower. As curtain was not installed, water splashed every where in the bathroom and makes the bathroom so sleek after someone took a shower. I wished in the future, microwave is provided and more complete cooking utensils and pans are available. Overall, a great stay. highly recommended.

Pros Nice and quiet location Free access to gym and pool Very spacious for interaction as well as privacy Free world cup! Easily fit 6 people with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms (+1 if someone likes the sofa) Cons Sewage an issue as the toilet brings about the sewage smell (ground floor) Sofa covers doesnt look clean and there were dirty stains on some parts Towels has a weird stench and does not look fresh and clean Bed linen and comforters does not look clean and there were obvious stains Dirty and stained pots and pans

Definitely a place to relax and enjoy!

Look no further than Habitat by Hyarta! These beautiful villas or decorated nicely in and out. The materials and design is so detailed with its warm lighting and open plan makes it feel like royalty. The master suite is a highlight with the bathroom overlooking the courtyard garden. This place is at almost 2,000 square feet! The staff was attentive and assisted our late check in at 3:00am! My only complaint is the home smelled like coffee beans when we first came in (which was most likely intended).the towels can also be more premium..however everything else from the bedding, pillows, furntirure, etc was 5 Star!

If it's for a short weekend family trip the place is ok otherwise I don't recommend to stay at this place! The management is not professional. The price is too expensive...

Good price for comfortable family stay.

On the first day we were assigned to unit 18. tithe electricity was unreliable and was 'fixed' several times. The toilets have a weird smell. We were then relocated to unit 20. It was much better. Hope the problem of unit 18 is thoroughly solved now so that similar experience will not repeat.

Facilities are good. There is a common swimming pool. The accommodation is part of modern town house complex. It is a good set up.

dont be fooled

looks great in photos.in reality not good.location not good .you are in middle of residence s .noisy. bad smell in villa sewage smell from water.no privacy.breakfast is terrible.staff trying very hard to please and friendly. maybe in 12 months when they have more training. no restaurant. no bar.very dissapointed for the price.

Great Location for Family

Good value for money. The villa is very spacious and neatly finished. Excellent for families with children. Quite location. The food needs improvement. Its bland, tasteless and lacks variety.
