"Comfortable bed and spacious room. Furniture needs a good clean looking grubby and tired. Staff very obliging but not trained to 5 star level. Club lounge drinks extremely limited -no gin, vodka or champagne ! Hand access to Glory Mall shopping centre next door."

Have been visiting for several years and always book the best room type, but rooms are getting older and used. AC was not working and noise from the street in floor 18 was vey high still due to the poor quality of the windows."

"It's like you're one with nature, there is the daily cockroach & mosquito sightings inside the room. Only thing nice is that it is very near (walking distance) District 3 of the market."
