Ease of getting in/out..

Relatively remote location. I preferred for avoiding the urban traffic. Nice looking hotel. Staff are friendly. Communication is a little bit limited, however sufficient.

The hotel had no idea about my hotels.com booking

They had no idea about my hotels.com booking upon my arrival. In fact they tried to double charge me for my stay as they said their tenants pay cash only and they have no idea if I already paid through hotels.com or not. After they showed me the room I was supposed to stay, it was dirty and smelled like smoke - even though I indicated preference for non-smocking room. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. To keep the long story short, I did not stay there.
