The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. It would be good if the hotel itself reaches relevant websites, e.g. expedia, booking to resolve this.

Hotel was good, location good, service , rooms nice, good breakfast only thing towels old and hard, mattress and pillows very uncomfortable gives you back ache The couches in the one bedroom were so bad when you seat you sink inside the couch

Это были прекрасные дни проведенные в Цахкадзоре с 18 по 22 февраля. Погода была солнечная. Отель предоставлял трансфер к подъемнику - это очень удобно. Номера просторные с балконом. В номере есть чайник, каждый день приносят воду, чай, кофе, сахар. Отель очень удобно расположен в центре городка рядом много кафе и магазинов. Вкусный и сытный завтрак.
