"What a gem of a hotel. I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing hotels and this hotel was literally 10 out of 10. Excellent location, clean rooms, great customer service from cleaning ladies to the reception desk. Special thanks to Ruzanna who always greeted you with a smile at breakfast and such a pleasant person to interact with. "I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...
