"I loved my stay here. You are within walking distance to all of the close sites and next to a park and a busy market. The staff treat you very well and the room upgrade certainly provided me a very relaxing stay. The only problem was that I didn't stay here long enough! The breakfast options were great, there is food and drinks onsite and everything went perfectly. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable , along with the couch. I received excellent sleep here. One note, there was no AC in the room when I was there in mid-March, but it was cool enough outside to just open a window, so it wasn't a big deal whatsoever. I'm very glad I chose this hotel for my stay. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it! "

"It is not a good place to stay.the room is small and smell like smoke,have several weird smells, which are not good to health.the facility are not good.I attached photos."

"There was a restaurant with extremely loud music late in the evening between the 2 and 3 floors, impossible to sleep. Impossible to set the temperature or tono0en windows as well. Too bad, because the staff and location were good."

"We stayed here because we had already paid and couldn’t cancel, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. The entrance is very basic – no reception desk or proper hotel sign, just a plain door with stairs going up. On arrival, even our taxi driver warned us that this hotel doesn’t have a good reputation in Yerevan and is not suitable for families – supposedly known for hosting call girls. Despite that, the room was very clean, and breakfast was served in the room, simple but decent. However, the AC did not work properly, and even after we complained, they didn’t fix it. Also, the main entrance is always locked, and you have to call so they can unlock it remotely using walkie-talkies – which felt strange but at least it was secure. The staff didn’t speak English at all, which made communication difficult. In general, the place felt a bit shady, but to be fair, we never felt unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just looking for a cheap stay and don’t mind the odd setup. "

"Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. Very clean and luxuriously designed. Great outdoor zone with small garden and sitting area. Gym and indoor pool. Quiet. Very close to city center, about 15 minutes drive. The minus of this hotel that they don't take my American visa card, which worked perfectly everywhere else in the city but in this hotel. They need to fix this problem. Not sure if their card machine is not working properly or their bank is not connected to international banks. I could not pay with card in hotel restaurant and at reception while checking out. That caused great inconvenience. "
