Eric and Virginie will be happy to welcome you in their cottage (and / or bed and breakfast) Lodges de la Cascade. Old outbuilding of a farmhouse renovated in the style "country chic", we have preserved the soul of the house and the charm of the old stone with modern comfort. The cottage is located between lakes (Lake Bourget, Lake Aiguebelette, small lake of St Jean de Chevelu) and mountains (the Dent du Chat), in a hamlet 3 km from the center of Yenne, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Aix les Bains, 1 hour from Lyon, Geneva, Annecy and Grenoble.
House of 115 m2 is independent, quiet with views of the waterfall.
On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, sofa bed comfort 2 places, large screen TV, direct access to the terrace overlooking the waterfall, fully equipped kitchen, the suite Vanille double bed 160x200 with balcony, bathroom shower Italian style, separate toilet, TV. On the 1st floor, the family suite with 4 beds (2 beds 90x190 and 1 large bed 160x200 can be divided into 2 beds), TV, bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet. All our bedding is comfortable with duvets. The quality linen and in harmony with the decoration is provided and the beds made on your arrival. Remember to take your beach services because the towels provided must not leave the house.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
My husband and I stayed at Les Lodges de la Cascade for 2 weeks in early July 2022 and had an absolutely wonderful time! Eric and Virginie were exceptional hosts! They were extremely gracious and helpful. Not only did they shared their knowledge of the region, but also were very kind in sharing their vegetables from their garden. Most graciously, they helped us look for a dentist when my husband had severe tooth pain.
The guest house was amazing! Very clean, modern and had everything that we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend Les Lodges de la Cascade and would return for another visit.

Séjour au top!
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Virginie et Éric, qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Logement impeccable, propre, bien équipé, cadre idyllique avec la cascade vue depuis la terrasse.

Très beau logement et excellent accueil
Une maison ancienne logée au pied d'une cascade et d'un château au pied du mont du Chat.
Nous avons apprécié le confort du logement très bien rénové et la proximité de nombreuses activités de balades ou de baignade dans ce petit coin pas très connu.
Un accueil très chaleureux et de gentilles attentions des propriétaires qui vivent juste à côté.

Petit coin de paradis
En cette période très particulière nous cherchions un lieu de séjour au vert dans une belle région et nous avons mis dans le mille avec cette location. L'endroit est merveilleux, aussi bien le gîte lui-même que les proches alentours (notamment la jolie cascade). Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins avec nous et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nos deux jeunes de 18 et 14 ans ont été ravis entre leur superbe chambre à l'étage, le ping pong et le badminton. Pour nous soirées au coin du feu en dégustant les produits du terroir achetés en journée. Pour les journées justement, plein de choses à faire dans le coin, nous sommes restés 9 jours mais c'était encore trop peu. Gros coup de coeur pour Chanaz la petite venise savoyarde et la plage de Chatillon, toutes 2 toutes proches. C'est avec regrets que nous sommes repartis et nous n'excluons pas de revenir. Merci encore.

Wandern und Baden
Ein sehr hübsch renoviertes ehemaliges Bauernhaus mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern auf zwei Etagen, gut geeignet für Familien mit auch mehr als zwei Kindern. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen, es gab sogar drei Fahrräder. Absolut ruhige Lage, Yenne per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Gîte très propre et au calme dans un hameau, juste à côté de la maison des propriétaires qui sont très bienveillants et très accueillants. Deux chambres dont une suite parentale et une chambre familiale avec un lit gigogne. Nombreux jeux d’intérieur et d’extérieur très appréciés. Conseils de visite par les propriétaires.

A fabulous weekend in Yenne
We just returned from a long weekend over which we stayed at Eric and Virginie's villa. The photos do not do it justice -the space is beautuifully and lovingly restored, clean, spacious and well-equipped. The sound of the waterfall in the background was relaxing and the view gorgeous. Great location, easy drive to lakefront and hikes. But what we enjoyed most was getting to know Eric and Virginie (and their adorable granddaughters)- they are warm, funny, friendly, helpful with touring suggestions, respectful of privacy and absolutely wonderful.
Thanks for a fantastic weekend- we hope to return!

Un séjour parfait !
La maison est vraiment très bien aménagée, avec goût. L'ameublement de qualité et tout est prévu pour le confort des occupants. L'extérieur de la maison est très agréable également, avec sa cascade au fond du jardin et la mise à disposition d'équipements pour la famille (ping-pong, badminton, trampoline, pétanque, etc.). Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, accueillants et connaissent parfaitement la région pour garantir les meilleures visites et les meilleurs restaurants. Un lieu à recommander vivement pour un séjour familial ou entre amis !
