"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akra Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was truly outstanding, huge compliments to the kitchen staff for the incredible quality and variety every single day. The bartenders were excellent as well: friendly, fast, and making amazing cocktails throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and always perfectly maintained. The service across the entire hotel was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. The beach was another highlight, crystal clear, pristine water and a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing. The animation and entertainment team also deserves special recognition because they made the experience so much fun and kept the energy high every day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable vacation. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kemer!"

"Only booked into hotel because original booked hotel was closed upon arrival so had to check-in to somewhere quick. Upon check-in staff were friendly enough, however, property in poor condition, no cover on the fuse box in the room so exposed wires directly outside the bathroom, staff stayed up shouting until early hours of the morning most days, telephone in reception extremely loud, rarely answered quickly and this could be heard throughout the entire ground and first floor, again this happened into the early hours. On more than one occasion went back to hotel to be asked "you stay, you want check-in", this was being asked a week after we had already arrived. The pool was empty upon arrival and did not get filled and operational until a week after we arrived, the pool bar was never opened, did not even have drinks on display, was just a wooden hut. The meals shown in the photos were not actually available, the hotel does not do catering of any sort, so you cannot enjoy any food at the hotel. The rooms do not come with a fridge, kettle, any sort of amenities like this. "

İçecek kalitesi bence bölge ortalamalarının üzerinde. Akşam 5 de açılan prestige bar premium içeceklere sahip. Kemer bölgesi deniz anlamında belkide Antalya’nın en iyisi. "Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family. It was the stress-free vacation best experiences ever there was a disco night very very organized for people to dance use Shisha Hoka. They had music by turn EnglishTurkish Russian and Persian. Mr Kayvan thank you so much.with our scuba diving and other tourism activities. Thanks to all the staff/workers. They worked so hard and respecting all the guest equally No staring or uncomfortable behaviour"

"Great location, big room with big balcony and big bathroom, comfortable bed, close to walk to the beach, the beach is beautiful, clean, water was the best, but it was better to get the place at the beach early until it's occupied. The food was mediocre and no basically options of meat, you place yourself at the buffet restaurant and quite often it takes a lot of time to find a table and to find forks and knives, the alcohol was always diluted and not tasty. The stuff at the reception was pretty good and responsive. The bell door guys were also pretty nice. No complaints about the cleaning room it was everyday and it was okay. There were a few pretty nice shows in the evening. The music in the pools always the same and bit annoying by the end of our stay. But overall it was good really really beautiful place to stay and probably worth that money we paid "
