Staff so helpful Nothing was a problem Would stay again if ever back in hanoi

There were lots of great reviews about the hotel that was why I booked it. This hotel issues only 1 keycard per room so you’ll have to take it off of the slot where everything turns off when you leave. That’s ok, IF you have good ac. Our first room did not get cold so we were transferred to another room where you would have to set it to “boost”and the temp at the lowest setting for you to be at least comfortable. And mind you, it was VERY hot outside you sweat from every pore in your body. Then the shower gets clogged and does not drain fast enough so you end up standing on dirty water while and after showering. Also you would have to climb 3 flights of stairs to access the elevator then either climb one flight up or go one flight down to get to your room. The buffet breakfast was ok. What was really good about this hotel were the staff. They were extremely nice, polite, very helpful and accommodating. Yes, sometimes you get what you pay for but stayed in a hotel in bangkok with the same price if not cheaper, and that hotel was extremely gorgeous, modern, and clean, also with excellent service. Overall, would probably not recommend staying here.

We love the Japanese food nearby.... We actually became locals and would go everyday for lunch or dinner. The hotel itself is unforgettable expierence from reasonably priced massages to great atmosphere, the staff is also amazing at speaking English I can not wait Togo back

Typical hotel for leisure travel. Maybe not the correct hotel for business since its located in a rypical leisure area with streetfood. Didnt try the streetfodd, but it smelled great
