The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night.
The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Everything was top-notch.
• Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat.
• Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day.
• Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me.
• Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable.
Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.
