Staff at this hotel were very good and helpful and well mannered.
Hotel is a short walk to Hoan kiem lake and the night markets.
This is a good overall hotel and perfect for a stay in the old quarter Hanoi.

We love the Japanese food nearby.... We actually became locals and would go everyday for lunch or dinner. The hotel itself is unforgettable expierence from reasonably priced massages to great atmosphere, the staff is also amazing at speaking English I can not wait Togo back

Typical hotel for leisure travel. Maybe not the correct hotel for business since its located in a rypical leisure area with streetfood. Didnt try the streetfodd, but it smelled great
