"Directions given by the host were spot on, maps on the phones will get you close but sometimes they add a few extra turns, so definitely take notes from the host. The house was quite a bit bigger than we expected. The appliances were all functioning and the furniture was in good working order. Our absolute favorite spot was the back porch which overlooks the creek. Drinking our morning coffee and eating breakfast as we listened to the bugs chirping and water flowing- even in mid August when most of the state was dry for weeks. There is a bit of a meadow you can see behind the trees and it seemed to be frequented by a family of deer."

"Currently, there is some kind of construction that requires digging and since this is Arkansas, and we'll, we grow rocks here, it's rather noisy during the day as they, dig through the rock. "

"Honestly the best stay I’ve had at a hotel EVER, not the fanciest place in the world, TV’s need updated and no elevator but there was no entitlement that hotel people always have, the uptight characteristics and attitude that you constantly receive from the front desk people you don’t get here. It was an amazing day. The front desk was very quick very simple now whenever you go here, I would highly recommend going through the quality in website not hotel.com. Makes a process a little bit smoother but overall fantastic."

"Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the White river. You can fish just out the back door or or book a fishing trip with Cranor’s lodge which is just down the road. "
