"Stay was not that great. Check in was easy. There were several water leaks in the halls leaving the rugs soaking wet. The room was dirty and dusty. The chair and credenza were flaking. Towels were not exchanged, had to go every evening and get towels and washcloths. Final evening there I got handed two rags and three hand towels. He had to go to another room to get clean bath towels and he said there were none that were clean. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. I will not be staying here again."

"The common area is amazing. The pool room could use some maintenance and be more clean. Our room wasn’t too bad but the couch was stained and the floor was wet in an area. I’m not picky so I would stay again but if you boujee, it’s not for you."

" I didn’t like that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also the amenities were bare minimum. I think that Hotel itself just needs to be updated. Every time neighbors opened and closed their door, it sounded someone was opening ours and got scared till we got used to it. Convenience-wise, the location is great. However somehow we felt that the hotel was sketchy. Maybe because it was dark in the lobby and didn’t feel welcoming… Anyway, it was ok for one night. But I will not stay there again. "

"Located right across from the University of Dayton, I recommend this property. It was my first time in Dayton and at a Marriott property. Amenities were great. Nice to have another breakfast area for us on the 6th floor! The cost is a bit more than I am used to but I was attending a graduation and wanted to be with others. My only issue (a small one) was that while the room was lovely and appeared clean, the carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. I checked-in around midnight and went right to bed. In the morning, in the light of day, I noticed sock lint and other light colored debris on the carpet and near couch. I bit gross but I just wore slippers."
