"Terrible hotel. Do not book. Filthy dirty, in desperate need of a refurb or maybe even knocking down and starting again. Because it’s such a hole, it’s used for school trips so we were on a floor with about 50 teenagers banging and crashing around, out of control by their teachers, running around ..."

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. ..."

"Awful apartment. Stank of stale smoke which was coming in through the vent in the bathroom. Looks lamented flooring which was dangerous. A useless handheld shower. Very dated. Location fine, apartment itself really really disappointing"
