"Pros: For our first time in Lanzarote me and my husband couldn’t make a better choice! The Villa is placed in a quiet village surrounded my private houses and mountains. The host, Darío, has been really helpful sending us a guide pointing on places to visit and restaurants where to eat. "The location of this property is fantastic with amazing views from the 3rd floor terrace, however the directions to the property were pretty poor as we arrived at night.The property has all that you need BUT we think important items are missing from the description. "I loved it, the cactus garden outside my bedroom window, the rustic nature of the place and our host's care and friendliness. The place was clean, with a well equipped kitchen including a water filter tap. Lovely to be able to light a fire in the stove when chilly in the evening. Gautiza is very pretty and quiet. Discovered an area to swim nearby towards the end of the trip. And a wonderful coastal walk. The location is great. Highly recommend Sylvia's as a place to stay. "

"Pros: Die Lage war super man kam überall gut hin. In der Nähe garb es Geschäfte und ein Einheimischen Supermarkt. Aldi und Lidl und andere Geschäfte waren gut zu erreichen. Außerdem war man gleich auf der Fahrbahn, wo man in beiden Richtungen ( Norden oder Süden fahren konnte. Die Unterkunft war super,es war alles da und sehr sauber. "Buffet food was very good and using high quality ingredients. We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this. We got a room in a family area (with kids beds) despite being a couple with no kids, and found that the vents in the room were connected to another room as well as to the outside so we could hear cars as if they were in our room. I'm sure this is isolated and we survived with earplugs. Overall, good relaxing holiday :)"

"This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and sitting area. Balcony had table and chairs as well as sun bed. There were plenty of beds available for both pools. Breakfast had lots to offer - but I'd recommend keeping a member of staff on the desk at all times because we had to wait a while to tell them our room number in order to get breakfast. The rooms were cleaned regularly, anything we needed was given quickly. Staff were all helpful and nice. Entertainment every afternoon by the pool and at the bar at night. It is across the road from a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the big beach. The receptionist booked a taxi for us and was very helpfulness. I loved this hotel I would 100000% recommend."
