"Nice hotel and kind people at the reception and breakfast place. Rooms are not fully noise cancelled and you hear traffic from outside. We had two rooms on 8th floor and still could hear the noise during the night, I am sure it would have been worse on the lower floors, but black out curtains help to block the noise a bit :) Overall experience was nice, but the service was slow. "We visited for our first day in Tashkent, we were completely new and we had a hard time communicating with s lot of people here in Tashkent. But the staff was very helpful and we got to store our luggage 3 hours before checking in which gave us a lot of new opportunities. The staff speak well English and are very helpful in any case. "Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."
