Great location and value for money. Walls thin though so if you are a light sleeper or you want to get up later than 6am then consider elsewhere as it’s like a big dorm room. Shower a bit touchy - o e minute it’s great the next your burning!! Beds comfy, good stopover point if you want a quick meal and bed for the night. Staff are wonderful, every single one of them.

Right in the middle of town with everything I needed in walking distance. A genuine, friendly, rustic, old Aussie pub feel. Staff were welcoming and really helpful. Nearly everyone in town smiled and said hello. Warm, friendly, country people. The hotel motel had its own bistro, which was so convenient, and the food was healthy and delicious. Best to book though as it is popular. I loved the quiet and privacy. I was upstairs, in the hotel accommodation, which could have done with a spruce up and the windows cleaned. Apparently, there were newer motel rooms at the rear of the property. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay though. I love the old Aussie pub and the lovely, country people.

I unfortunately didn’t stay as I had to cancel prior as I contracted Covid. I rang and got a very abrupt lady who told me to cancel on line with wotif for a refund there was not a clear place for me to do this. I don’t think I will ever use Wotif again or Burkes for that matter due to receptionist rudeness.

Our room was so outdated, dirty carpets. The bathroom had a metal toilet paper dispenser like you'd find in a public toilet. The shelf in the bathroom was falling off. The toilet wouldnt flush. The shower was stained dark grey, the water pressure was non existant and impossible to get to a tolerable temperature. The window air-condition unit, was plugged into an extension cord that went across the room. The heater was a stand alone unit. The curtains had dead bugs in them. The staff is the only saving grace, they were very polite.
