We used it as somewhere to stay after an afternoon-evening event in Coldstream. Good for overnight stays or a couple of nights if exploring Yara Valley close to Melbourne but don't want the expense of staying in the valley itself. Neat and tidy, excellent value for the area.

Upon check in my family was upgraded from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom. It was not an apartment but a massive house! We were amazed at the sheer size and my children had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying our time together. The location is excellent for families and easy to park in. A good choice of restaurants around to dine in or have delivery. The outside could use a freshen up with landscaping and painting. The rooms were modern with all the basic essentials. A hidden delight which we would be happy to stay at again. Thank you to the amazing staff who also made us feel welcome.

Was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and bathroom as updated and nice. Would be better with strip on bottom and around front door to help stop noise and insects coming in. Would like flyscreen on bathroom window so can open to let fresh air in. Prefer proper cutlery like spoon for making tea. For smaller footprint - a small kettle would be sufficient - no one needs to boil 7cups of water. The reception area was a bit messy with cartons of drinks sprawled around. Would be nicer with a bigger tv. But staff was nice enough, though busy.

We had the family apartment which is big enough for us 7 people. Plenty of parking lots. Location is ideal for our travel itinerary. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.
