The assets are the calm in the apartment, the freshness of the air conditioning, the appeasement, the balcony with a superb panoramic view, the cable TV, the secure porticoes, 2 guards at the bottom of the building 24/24, a Cyber , a regular service from the NOKA hotel (partner), 2 renovated bathrooms, renovated kitchen ...
