"Great apartment in downtown Yankton that was close to eating places, bars, coffee shops and Missouri River park. Apartment had everything we needed. Good kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower, good air conditioning, spacious lounge and dining area. Loved the extra touches of coffee machine with pods and full spice rack. Would definitely recommend."

"I love this property- let me start with that! The rustic feel, the amazing bathtub and the sound of wooden floors! I have stayed here before. But this time the price was nearly double. And I take responsibility for not paying attention to the price breakdown. I expected a cleaning fee and taxes, but did not expect the fees to be double the nightly room fees. For those fees, I would have expected the room to not have dust on the ceiling fans, dirty floors, walls, etc… they should take that...

"We liked this location and will try to stay here again if it is available for our next Yankton trip. The location is excellent and walkable, which is very handy when traveling with a pet. For the sake of family and group travelers, it would be helpful if there were a dining table instead of a desk, more glassware, and a large shower curtain to make the bathroom more private, but even without these additions, I expect to be back. "We’ve enjoyed our stay at Shady Creek property for 4 days. We came from California for my nephews graduation at Mount Marty University. It was quiet, peaceful, and very nice and clean. We saw wild turkeys every morning and a family of deer every afternoons while we were there. Our teens for to do marshmallow s’mores over the nice big fire pit."
