"Honestly nothing but positive feedback here. The villa was beautiful. Everything we imagine and hoped for. Beautiful inside and out. The pool was brilliant. The table tennis was great. It was clean, spacious, just beautiful. The location was perfect too (mind the hill though that’s a slog! But great to balance out the naughty food and drink we had 😉). A 5 min walk to everything you could possibly need. No faults at all!! Cannot wait to return to this Villa! Missing it already x"

"The Villa was extremely clean throughout and was in an excellent location to the local town where there is shops, bars and places to book excursions. We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. He helped to organise our return transfers and was also at the end of the phone should we need to ask questions. The staff looking after the property are very friendly and again couldn’t do enough. "Lovely villa in a lovely location with fantastic views .. We were a family of 8 who stayed for 2weeks. The villa catered for all out family needs and some . The host Ozkan met us on arrival showed us everything and was available anytime should we have needed him . In the 2weeks we never had any problems so had the perfect holiday . Happily recommend this villa for a great family getaway . Hopefully will be able to return next year ."

"What a great home! Well set up for a lovely week. Easy check in process with good communication. Property is walkable to shops / restaurants but it is uphill! Pool was a great size - large and plenty of room for games. Poolside seating was plentiful with some toys / inflatables. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed but didn’t do much cooking! "Property very old fashioned and outdated. Grounds were very unkept. Dirty outdoor sun loungers with no cushions and very hard to sit on. Plug socket hanging off walls. Hard and rough bedding sheets. Pool was not usable as it had no water in. Grass not cut. "

"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "
