"I’ve booked this at the last minute and so glad I did. Hotel is brand new, in a great location in Sarigerme and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious overlooking the beautiful outdoor pool. Rooms were squeaky clean and there were nice amenities inside. Oversized towels, well functioning A/C, comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. "I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning...
